While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per game round is Rp 50,000. Placing bets exceeding this limit will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. This restriction applies until the wagering requirement is fully met.
888id reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other activity we deem inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently closed.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiration. It is your responsibility to monitor bonus expiration dates and complete wagering requirements within the validity period.

Sports betting is subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. All sports betting results are determined based on official league or governing body decisions. You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving your request, we will close your account within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to successful identity verification and completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.
888id reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 888id may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to cover account maintenance costs. We will notify you by email before applying dormancy fees. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and place a bet or make a deposit.
